Bamboo is a not only sustainable and renewable, it also makes hands down, the prettiest paper out there - extremely soft, luxuriously thick, and elegantly textured. Smock partnered with a 500-year-old European paper mill to develop this fine artisan paper just for them. It is entirely wind-powered, using only vegetable-oil based and low-VOC inks. They donate 1% of sales to environmental causes and their retail packaging is tree-free, petroleum-free and certified biodegradable. Smock's commitment to the environment affects everything they do.
