How do I add events to my calendar?
To add an event to your Calendar, click on My Account at the top of any page and then select My Calendar. Click the “Add a new event” button and enter your event info.
What is an alternate addressee and why should I create one?
An alternate addressee is simply another way to address an envelope for items sent to the same address. If you opt to have Red Stamp mail items for you, creating an alternate addressee allows you to easily choose whether your item should be addressed to the main contact name {e.g., Kate Joyner} for their birthday or to the alternate addressee {e.g., The Joyner Family or Will & Kate Joyner} for Holiday cards or their Anniversary.
How do I edit my contacts (add addresses, change information, etc.)?
To edit your contact list, go to your Address Book under My Account at the top right of the page. Find the contact you want to edit by clicking on the appropriate letter (contacts are sorted alphabetically by last name) or click "view all." Click on the name of the contact you'd like to edit and change the information you need to update in the box that appears. Hit "save" to complete.
How do I edit my existing events?
To edit events, go to the Calendar in My Account. Click on edit next to the event you'd like to change.
