What credit cards do you accept for payment?

Does Red Stamp charge sales tax?

Because we are a Minnesota corporation, state sales tax will be applied to orders with shipping addresses in Minnesota. No sales tax will be applied to orders sent to addresses in any other state or internationally.

When will my items arrive?

Orders sent to you are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Occasionally, an item may be on back-order requiring a few more days to complete processing. Personalized items require 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping and will arrive separately. Orders that include items you wish us to mail for you will be sent on the send date(s) you specify. My order did not arrive? What should I do?

At Red Stamp, we strive for perfection in all we do. Please Contact Us to report any problems with your order. We will quickly rectify the situation.

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied, you have 30 days from the date printed on your packing slip to return it. Simply send the undamaged item(s) in the original packaging, along with your original packing slip and reason for return to Red Stamp, 4850 W. 35th St. , Minneapolis, MN 55416 and we will credit your account once the authenticity of your order is verified.

Please note, we are unable to provide a refund on personalized orders or cards we mail to your recipients on your behalf. All orders are personalized and processed upon receipt by Red Stamp. If you would like to cancel a scheduled send without a refund, please Contact Us with the order number, the event date, the event name, and the recipient. We will do our very best to honor your request.
