This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through the use of the Red Stamp Applications, and applies all users of the any single Application, including each sender of the Products (the “Sender”) and each recipient of the Products (the “Recipient”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to the websites or applications of other companies or organizations, even if we link to those websites or applications. You should carefully review the privacy policies of those websites or applications in order to determine how they treat your personal information.

II. What Information Do We Collect and How Do We Use It?

A. Personal Information

We may collect various types of personal information from you, depending upon how you use our Applications. The categories of personal information we collect may include:

A. Why Red Stamp Uses Personal Information

B. Communications from Red Stamp

We send exclusive Red Stamp content and offers, including, without limitation, push notifications to all of our users who provide us with permission. From time to time, we may also send you offers for similar products and services from Red Stamp, special premiums, or special offers from our Affiliates and our sponsors. We reserve the right to communicate with you from time to time about important administrative, policy, legal, credit card, payment and billing matters that affect your use of the Applications, including without limitation any alleged violations of our Red Stamp Terms of Use. These communications are mandatory.

IV. Personal Information Shared with Third Parties

We may transfer or otherwise disclose personal information collected from and about you to the following entities for the following purposes: (1) to our service providers, suppliers and business associates, if the disclosure will enable them to fulfill your request for Products or services; (2) to our service providers and business associates, if the disclosure will enable them to perform a business, professional or technical support function for us; (3) to our affiliates, subsidiaries and other third parties so that they may contact you with marketing offers of their own, and as necessary to share databases and equipment; (4) to other companies, credit bureaus or government agencies in connection with issues related to fraud, credit or debt collection; (5) as necessary if we believe that there has been a violation of our site Terms of Use, of the law or of our rights or the rights of any third party; (6) to respond to judicial process and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law, or otherwise as required by law; and (7) if our company or substantially all of its assets are acquired, your personal information may be one of the transferred assets.

Any personal information or content that you voluntarily upload or submit for posting to the Applications becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others. It is in violation of our Terms of Use for you to post any content that requests personally identifiable information from anyone else.

A. Information Sharing with Business Partners

We may provide information about how our customers, including you, collectively use our Applications to advertisers, sponsors, and other companies with which we do business ("Business Partners"). Unless you have opted-out, we may offer you money-saving coupons, discounts, and promotions from our Business Partners. These communications may come from Red Stamp or directly from the Business Partners themselves. We may also share with our Business Partners certain demographic, geographic, preference, and other personally identifiable information we have gathered about you. This will help them in directing offers that are more likely to be of interest to you.

B. Information Sharing with Service Providers

We may share information, including personal information, with our service providers who perform services on our behalf; and in some instances, our service providers may collect information from you directly. Such services include, for example, hosting or maintaining the Applications, providing customer support, sending email, gift cards, or other communications, providing marketing assistance, payment processors and providing analytics services. We may conduct demographic or other research about the users of our Applications to determine how users engage with our content, products and the Applications. We may disclose personal information to service providers helping us conduct this research.

C. Disclosure Exceptions

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information to appropriate third parties if we are required to do so by law or we believe that such action is necessary: (i) to comply with legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order; (ii) to protect our rights and property; (iii) to investigate reports of users sending material using a false e-mail address or users sending harassing, threatening, or abusive messages; (iv) to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our website, products, or services; (v) as necessary if we believe that there has been a violation of our Terms of Use, of the law or of our rights or the rights of any third party; (vi) to other companies, credit bureaus or government agencies in connection with issues related to fraud, credit or debt collection; or (vii) during emergencies, such as when we believe someone's physical safety is at risk.

V. Control over Communications from Red Stamp; Contact and Support

A. Changing Your Status

At any time, you can change choices you have previously made about receiving communications from Red Stamp. Except for mandatory communications, every communication we send you will contain a clearly worded “Opt-Out” or “Unsubscribe” link allowing you to withdraw your permission for future mailings and/or can be controlled from your device settings. Permission changes will be honored as soon as possible after receipt. Please allow ten business days for processing. Permission changes will not affect any information that you provided to us and that we previously shared with our Business Partners.

A. Changes to the Privacy Policy

Red Stamp will occasionally update this Privacy Policy in response to changing business circumstances and legal developments and we reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time and without notice. Your use of the Applications following any amendment of this Privacy Policy will signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms. If there are material changes to this Policy or in how Red Stamp uses your personally identifiable information, Red Stamp will post such changes prior to implementing the change. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy for any changes and we encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to be informed of how we are protecting your information.

B. Sale of Assets

In the event that Red Stamp or its units or subsidiaries are ever sold, acquired, merged, liquidated, reorganized, or otherwise transferred, we reserve the right to transfer our user databases together with any personally identifiable information contained in them, to a third-party acquiring Red Stamp's assets.

C. Contests and Promotions

We may occasionally may offer or sponsor contests and/or promotions on our sites or in our e-mail products. Participation in such contests is purely voluntary. In order to enter a contest or promotion, you may be asked to provide personally identifiable information. By entering, you agree to all of its terms and conditions, which will be clearly outlined in the rules. Where a contest or promotion is not sponsored by Red Stamp, the identity of the sponsor will be clearly disclosed in the rules. Red Stamp cannot and will not be responsible for actions or policies of third-party contest sponsors. You should review the rules, terms and conditions and the relevant privacy policy of the sponsor before entering any contest or promotions.

D. Privacy of Children

We are committed to protecting the privacy and rights of children online. We do not collect any personally identifiable information from users whom we know are under the age of 13. E. Security

We have taken reasonable physical, electronic, contractual, and managerial steps to safeguard and secure the information we collect from Application users, including, when appropriate, encryption. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data, data transmitted to the Applications or over mobile networks; any transmission is at your own risk. The transmission of information via the Internet or over mobile networks is not completely secure, however once we have received your personal information, we will use reasonable strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

F. Third Party Websites and Applications

The Applications may contain links or advertisements to third-party websites or applications, which may have privacy policies that differ from our own. We are not responsible for the activities and practices that take place on these sites or applications. Accordingly, we recommend that you review the privacy policy posted on any application or site that you may access through our Applications.
